August 18, 2008 | “Maui Chefs Present...”—West Maui’s 16th annual culinary event—will be held on Friday, Sept. 5th at the Ritz-Carlton Kapalua’s pavilion.
The theme of this year’s event is “Culinary Olympics: The Road to the Ritz” and will feature 24 Gold Medalist Fare gourmet dishes from 12 of Maui’s premiere chefs as well as live entertainment by Grammy Award nominee Raiatea Helm, fine wines and beers, dancing, and a silent auction. Tickets are now available for $140 per person, and after Aug. 10th any remaining tickets will sell for $150. This event generally sells out early.
